Leadership Loudoun for Kids

“Leadership Loudoun for Kids” is Part Two of a two-part course on citizenship, government, community service, and communication skills. This 10 week course includes local government, community service, and debate/deliberation, as well as exploring economics and citizenship with real-life experiences in creating your own government, and creating a new business with a business plan, and a real world community service project.
*The course will feature at least one field trip, in conjunction with the Science Course (Thursdays), as well as a couple of “mini” field trips downtown, and the service project.
Age Range: 8-12 (approx. 3rd to 6th grade)
Schedule: Classes will meet every Tuesday from 1pm to 2:30pm. Beginning Mar 14, and ending May 23 (NO class on April 11) for 10 weeks total.
Cost: $200
Supplies: All supplies will be provided as part of the course, but there could be a nominal fee for any field trips which involve admissions…
