Electronics/Amateur Radio Course

$95.00

Learn about resistors, capacitors and inductors and how they work in simple electronic circuits in both series and in parallel configurations. This course will serve as a general electronics primer necessary to pass the Technician Class amateur radio licensie exam.

Learn about resistors, capacitors and inductors and how they work in simple electronic circuits in both series and in parallel configurations.  What is an Amp, Volt, Watt or Ohm?  What do they do and how do you measure them?

This series of workshops will focus on demystifying the most basic electronic components and theory.  The goal of this series is to learn the electronics necessary to pass the Technician Class amateur radio license exam.  We will conduct weekly labs and hands on experiments so that in the end all participants can observe, learn and understand and demonstrate basic electronic principles and simple circuits.
