Fall Cooking Cucinamore’s Daniela Williams!


In the fall 6-week program, the young chefs will get some fundamental cooking techniques from a local professional cooking party chef, Daniela Williams.


In the IndED Fall Cooking Program, we have the honor of welcoming Daniela Williams, of Cucinamore to the IndED family. She’ll be focusing on a variety of cooking techniques and skills, including:

25 SEPTOrientation: Food & Kitchen Safety/Knife work, Nutrition in the kitchen, food professions

2 OCT – Vegetables: The fundamentals of vegetable preparation

9 OCT – Meat: Seasoning/ Dry-Heat/Moist Heat Cooking Methods


23 OCT – Rice & Grains – Main cooking methods for rice & grains.

30 OCT – World of flavors – Flavor profiles from around the world

6 NOV – Pasta – Properties of pasta, Techniques for homemade pasta

Every class will include a “DISH OF THE DAY,” a dish will be prepared and enjoyed by students, and the general nutrition properties of ingredients used will be discussed.


Daniela Williams was born and raised in the Italian city of Treviso, 25 miles north of Venice, in the North-Eastern part of the Country.

Her main teachers, inspirations and culinary mentors have been the late Chef Michele Organte, executive chef at “Parco Etnografico” Rubano,  Italy,  and Chef Benedetta Cano’, owner and chef at “Agriturismo Poggio Al Sole” in Cortona, Tuscany, Italy.

In 2008, she moved to the United States and there with her husband Vince, and their sons, Jason and Nicholas they have built a home. In 2014 when she moved to Loudoun County, Daniela founded CUCINAMORE, a cooking party company which creates fantastic experiences to be shared by all: it’s like taking a trip to Italy without leaving your kitchen!

    • Time — 11:30 am to 12:45pm.
  • Cost: $120 for classes + $30 Materials Fee = $150 Total
