CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In the IndED Spring Cooking Program, we have the honor of having Daniela Williams, of Cucinamore back at the MicroSchool! She’ll be focusing on a variety of cooking techniques and skills, including:

INSTRUCTOR:
Daniela Williams was born and raised in the Italian city of Treviso, 25 miles north of Venice, in the North-Eastern part of the Country.
Her main teachers, inspirations and culinary mentors have been the late Chef Michele Organte, executive chef at “Parco Etnografico” Rubano, Italy, and Chef Benedetta Cano’, owner and chef at “Agriturismo Poggio Al Sole” in Cortona, Tuscany, Italy.
In 2008, she moved to the United States and there with her husband Vince, and their sons, Jason and Nicholas they have built a home. In 2014 when she moved to Loudoun County, Daniela founded CUCINAMORE, a cooking party company which creates fantastic experiences to be shared by all: it’s like taking a trip to Italy without leaving your kitchen!
