Winter Cooking w/Cooking with Fun!

In the fall 6-week program, the young chefs will learn the technique of making pie dough from scratch, then fill it with interesting fillings including apples, pumpkin and more.

In the Winter Cooking Program, the young chefs will work in teams to prepare dishes based on mystery ingredients in a basket. They will have access to a pantry of ingredients and cooking tools to transform their mystery ingredients into a delicious, edible, and creative dish. Their dish will then be evaluated by their peers, based on key criteria. Not only will the young chefs have the opportunity to use their creativity, but they will be challenged in a friendly environment and learn from each other. New and experienced young chefs are welcome!
